
With more than 25 years of experience, Vasilios brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to every project. As a Senior Project Manager, he oversees all phases of design and construction, from initial planning and client meetings to construction administration and site visits. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Vasilios ensures that every set of documents is thorough, accurate, and well-coordinated across disciplines.
Vasilios has extensive experience leading complex K-12 bond programs and facility upgrades across Michigan, guiding projects that range from secured vestibules and classroom renovations to full-scale athletic complexes and district-wide improvements. His collaborative approach and strong communication skills make him a trusted partner for school districts, consultants, and construction managers alike.
His project portfolio includes work for numerous districts such as Gibraltar, Anchor Bay, Mt. Morris, Frankenmuth, Garden City, and Brandon Schools, as well as municipal and higher education projects earlier in his career. Vasilios holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan and is fluent in Greek.
