
Rick brings nearly four decades of architectural experience, with a career dedicated to thoughtful design, precise documentation, and effective project management. Since earning his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University in 1986, he has established himself as a trusted project architect and manager, known for his commitment to delivering successful outcomes for clients.
Since joining French in 1998, Rick has focused primarily on K-12 educational facilities, guiding projects from inception through construction administration. He has cultivated long-standing client relationships, including with Rochester Community Schools, and is currently leading multiple projects for Bloomfield Hills Schools. His expertise spans planning, production, detailing, and construction oversight, ensuring a seamless process and high-quality results.
Rick’s project portfolio includes major additions, renovations, and new facilities across Michigan. Notable work includes the Lapeer High School Performing Arts Center Addition, Bloomfield Hills High School Wellness and Stadium Entrance projects, Imlay City High School Performing Arts Center, West Bloomfield Middle School, and multiple middle and elementary schools for Rochester, Waterford, Midland, and other districts. As a registered architect in the State of Wisconsin and a member of the American Institute of Architects, Rick continues to bring leadership, technical expertise, and dedication to every project he manages.
