
Heather is a Senior Associate Architect with more than 22 years of experience spanning commercial, residential, public sector, and design-build projects. She holds a Master of Architecture with a concentration in Urban Design, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and Interior Architecture from Lawrence Technological University. Heather is NCARB certified and licensed in multiple states, including Michigan.
At French, Heather supports school districts from pre-bond planning through design and construction, helping coordinate teams, schedules, budgets, and project execution. Her background in commercial design-build and cold-formed metal framing gives her a strong technical foundation and practical approach to project delivery.
Heather enjoys guiding projects from early concept through occupancy and is known for solving complex challenges with collaboration and precision. One of her most notable accomplishments included serving as a FEMA subject matter expert during arbitration, helping save American taxpayers $16 million.
