
For more than 30 years, Alexander has guided projects ranging from school additions and community centers to highly specialized exhibits and restorations. His work spans K-12 and higher education, government, medical, residential, and zoological design, with a strong emphasis on creating spaces that enhance daily life and community experiences.
Alexander’s portfolio highlights include the Student Commons at Grosse Pointe South High School, the Elkhart Health & Aquatics Community Center in Indiana, and a private car garage and exhibit showcasing over 200 classic and rare racing cars. He also designed the Reticulated Python Exhibit at the Detroit Zoo and recently developed masonry restoration documents for historic facilities at the Marion VA Medical Hospital campus.
With extensive expertise in roof assessments, asset management, and masonry restoration, Alexander blends design vision with practical problem-solving. His commitment to high-quality, impactful solutions continues to shape environments that meet both functional needs and long-term goals for the communities he serves.
