This theatre also houses a full range of multi-purpose events, including plays and musicals, orchestra and band performances, assemblies and touring presentations.

The 750-seat theatres are designed for audience interaction allowing for performances to occur all around the audience. This was achieved thru multiple balcony positions above the control room in the rear of the house.

The stages have fully working fly-lofts with complete stage equipment systems, including counterweight rigging systems, full stage lighting systems and orchestra pit fillers. Backstage facilities include instructional spaces that double as dressing rooms. Scene shops were not a part of the original program spaces due to budget constraints; however they were master planned as future additions. At Mott part of the project was to renovate the existing choir and instrumental music instruction classrooms and improve the storage capabilities of both rooms. New storages areas were constructed so instrument storage rooms and existing practice rooms could be better utilized.
