Crittenton Hospital wanted to further enhance their commitment to health care. The result was a $6.5 million building accommodating approximately 25 physician offices. The building has many inviting architectural features including a two-story glass lobby with complementary architectural detailing, exposed structural steel and custom balcony railings. The lobby serves as the focal point of the structure. Each suite was customized to fit the individual tenant's needs and requirements. Tenants selected one of three neutral color schemes for their individual suite. The goal was to keep the building neutral, avoiding any stark contrast between suites and the existing color scheme of the adjoining hospital.
